The product has failed to meet the safety standards expected regarding the degree of protection provided against intrusion by water.
A product recall has been undertaken. Please stop using your N292 greenhouse heater.

Please return the unit to your supplier, hopefully along with your proof of purchase, for a refund.

If you wish to return the item back to Bosmere, you can. Please send the unit with a cover letter showing where you purchased the unit from, how much for (hopefully with proof of purchase) along with the cost of postage and a receipt.
